Ines M. Zemaitis RN, MSN, APRN, ANP-BC, DNPc has been a Nurse Practitioner for 10 years. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Ines was a Registered Nurse in Emergency and Trauma Services in Hartford, CT with certification in the International Trauma Nurses Core Course. Ines received her Bachelors of Science from the University of Connecticut, her Masters of Science in Nursing with a Diabetes Management Concentration from Yale University. Ines is currently CEO of Connecticut Primary Care and Wellness, PC, which opened its doors October 2017. Ines serves as Co-Chair of the Health and Policy Committee for the Connecticut Advanced Practice Registered Nurses Society. She serves as a Medical Representative within the Executive Board for Annabella’s Angels, a non profit organization to assist families during Pregnancy and Infant Loss, in addition, assist hospitals in CT and nationwide to place CuddleCots for families to spend more time with their child. Currently, Ines is a Doctor of Nursing Practice Candidate within the Leadership Tract at Quinnipiac University and a member of the YaleWomen’s Club. Ines loves time with her husband, three young children ages ten, eight, six, hiking, camping, boating, yoga, running, volunteering for Boy Scouts, Girl Scout Daisy and Brownie troops, mentoring new Nurse Practitioners, and strives for the advancement of nursing.
