CMS Direct Contracting Model Letter of Intent Deadline

An important deadline is approaching for any who are even considering participating in the Direct Contracting Model (DC). DC is a risk-based model that builds off of the Next Generation ACO model. Practitioners and practices who have any interest in participation must submit a letter of intent (LOI) by NEXT Friday, Aug. 2.
